Who are we?

We are a German company based in Wuppertal, shaped by our own migration experience and supported by a clear mission: to create sustainable solutions for the shortage of skilled workers and the increasing shortage of trainees in Germany. At the same time, we open up prospects for people from all over the world who are motivated to qualify, work and give their families a better future, often with exactly the start-up support that is crucial to this.

Our approach is holistic: from qualification and language support to job placement to visas, recognition and integration processes, including the search for accommodation, we accompany skilled workers and companies along the entire route. In doing so, we combine our professional expertise with personal migration experience, empathy, responsibility and professionalism. In addition, we draw on a broad international network to also place seasonal workers for agriculture, tourism and service industries. In this way, we help to cushion staff shortages, avoid excessive price increases and ensure economic stability, to the benefit of employees, employers and ultimately consumers. Our goal is a real win-win situation: fair, efficient and future-proof.

Our team brings together experienced experts from the fields of language education, job placement, visa processes, integration and business. These include certified GFL/GSL teachers, TELC examiners, lecturers for job-related German, especially in the nursing sector, as well as specialists with many years of experience on the German and international job market. This competence is complemented by sound economic, sales and HR know-how, international management experience and a deep understanding of recognition procedures and official processes in Germany. Our own migration experience, intercultural competence and empathy enable us to integrate skilled workers safely into work and society, not only professionally, but also personally. We are supported by a strong international network of language schools, educational institutions, employers and institutions. Together, we develop sustainable, practical solutions for skilled workers, companies and sustainable labour migration.
